Fantabulous photographer Paula Swift located outside of Boston is known for her silhouette shots so I had to give it a try. hmmmm.... much fun! You can count on seeing more of my take on silhouettes in your KHP session.

Yes, that's what he said. I'm sick as a dog ::coughsneeze:: but I dragged out the camera, and the flash (because heaven forbid we ask while it's still daylight outside), and the... well, you get it.

Of course, there's nothing QUICK about it since I'm a perfectionist but finally I had to give in and take what I got. ::sneezesneezesneeze::

During a little mini posing session (why do I always end up teaching instead of shooting?) I captured some fun stuff of fellow photographers. No great art, just a lot of smiles. I miss these girls  :(

* note: these were proofed in a hurry on my non-calibrated laptop so no throwing stones. They're SNAPSHOTS and snapshots are okay sometimes, LOL!

I'm home and exhausted, yet strangely rejuvenated as well. Spending time with your colleagues inspires you in ways you didn't expect and I have a lot to ponder.

* bonus question #1: What is your favorite thing about KHP/KSeniors?  Patience, Creativity.  The relaxed, friendly environment made the whole experience truly something we'll always remember.   

* bonus question #2: What is your favorite image from your session and why?  We had too many....but here are a few...Fishy Face, My girls whispering, My son kissing me, Wes kissing the girls.  Emily's fav is certainly the bikini shot with the South Carolina flag.

* bonus question #3: Share something from your session - We had so much fun!!  Kimberly asked me to get down in the sand beside Emily and Fishy Face just happened.  My baby girl and her senior pics.  Priceless!  Don't forget how Joey smiled for the camera!

Update on Bryce

Bryce had his finger surgery on Tuesday and though it's giving him quite a bit of discomfort, he did well. Now his head stitches are out and he can return to school on Monday.

Thank you again for all of the phone calls and emails. They were greatly appreciated!

KHP/KSeniors - out of the office

Just a friendly reminder that KHP/KSeniors office will be closed from Saturday, February 2nd through Monday, February 11th while Kimberly attends a workshop and convention. We'll be checking email but voice mails will not be returned until after the 11th.
